The City of Percé is looking for an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist. The person in this position will provide reception at Town Hall while providing support to the administrative team.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Ensures telephone reception;
• Welcomes and guides visitors;
• Performs general administrative tasks (mail, letters, reports, etc.);
• Prepares orders for office supplies and equipment;
• Organizes and maintains an inventory system for equipment and office supplies;
• Serves as a link between technicians and team personnel, in the event of technical problems;
• Follow up on conference room reservations and special events within the team;
• Performs classification, when necessary;
• Collects taxes, collects and issues receipts (if necessary, in support of the person responsible for taxation);
