MESSAGE IMPORTANT À LA POPULATION
À titre préventif, nous souhaitons informer notre population et nos visiteurs que les prévisions météorologiques annoncées en lien avec la tempête Fiona occasionneront probablement un niveau élevé de précipitations et un risque pour les milieux riverains et côtiers. Notre équipe de sécurité civile maintiendra une veille tout au long de la tempête à partir de 20h ce soir.
Nous tenons à vous rappeler d’user de prudence en tout temps pour votre propre sécurité. Il importe d’être prévoyant en termes d’eau, de nourriture et de médicaments. Nous vous suggérons également d’éviter de circuler (à pied ou en voiture) au plus fort de la tempête.

Pour toute situation urgente mettant en péril votre vie ou votre sécurité, vous pouvez communiquer avec le 9-1-1.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO THE PUBLIC
As a precautionary measure, we would like to inform our population and visitors that the weather forecast for storm Fiona will likely result in a high level of precipitation and a risk for the shoreline and coastal areas. Our civil security team will maintain a watch throughout the storm starting at 8:00 pm tonight.
We would like to remind you to use caution at all times for your own safety. It is important to be prepared in terms of water, food and medication. We also suggest that you avoid going out (walking or driving) during the worst part of the storm.
To report an incident or a breakdown requiring the intervention of the municipality’s public works department, you can call: 581-353-2013.
For any emergency that could endanger your life or safety, you can call 9-1-1.
