Percé, october 20, 2021 — The jury for the landscaping and landscaping competition for the Parc de la rivière Émeraude in Percé is pleased to announce its recommendation to the City of Percé regarding the selection of the four (4) finalists of the competition.
The jury, chaired by Mr. Mathieu Fleury, and also composed of Mr. Jasmin Corbeil, Mr. Max Deck-Léger, Mr. Jérôme Dupras, Ms. Catherine Fernet, Ms. Lisa-Marie Gagnon, Ms. Stéphanie Harnois, Ms. Marie Leblanc and Ms. Anne Vallières met on October 11 and 12 behind closed doors in person in Percé in the presence of the professional advisor Mr. Philippe Drolet for the selection of the finalists of the competition.
The members of the jury wish to emphasize that they benefited from excellent anonymous proposals, having had to analyze ten (10) proposals of very high quality.
Taking into account the objectives and judgment criteria set out in the competition rules, the jury made it clear that the finalists stood out for the potential for developing their conceptual approach in view of the second phase of the competition.
RECOMMANDATION :
In accordance with the competition documents, the recommendation of the jury to the City of Percé, which was established by consensus, designates the following professionals as the finalists of the development and landscape competition for the Parc de la rivière Émeraude in Percé:
